Rifle Scopes Vortex service experience

I bent the elevation turret shaft on my Viper PST 2.5-10
I sent it in Monday and it was back at my door 6 days later - Saturday. They replaced the turrent, cleaned and purged the scope, no questions asked. Very impressed with the service!
