I have been looking at the vortex optics i really like the viper. I am thinking of getting a 6.5-20x44bdc viper for my .308. Was just wondering if anyone could give me some feedback on this scope what i have read on their line of scopes they are good quality optics.

Great quality scopes, I like the mildot for most purposes, it has the finest crosshair, but for hunting the BDC is probably a bit better.
A mainstay product in the Vortex lineup. Buy with confidence

Vortex optics have been getting some good review as they should. There are some recent reviews of the PST line in here also.

I just received my Vortex Viper that I ordered from Scott at Liberty Optics.
I am in the process of mounting it now, but I took it out just to look through. I am very pleased so far.
I would also highly recommend Scott at Liberty Optics. Give him a call. He answered all my questions, made some good recommendations, and was just all around excellent to deal with.

I've used one for about 6 months now and I am very pleased with the performance of it. It holds zero, tracks well, and is quite clear and bright. Now if my PST would just arrive...

I have been using three of the 6.5-20 for the past year and I think they are great especially for the price. Only think I don't like is that they are mil/moa and second fp but the bdc would fix that. I plan on going with the 4-16 viper pst for the next because it is mil/mil and ffp.

They are nice optics, try optics planet or even sportsmans warehouse they carry them
