Liberty Optics. Once youve delt with Scott and crew youll never turn back. If its the PST your looking for its not available yet but you can preorder it. I would highly recommend not preordering an optic that hasnt been proven in the field yet but its your buck.

I have the Viper 6.5-20x50mm and love it. I also have a Diamondback 4-12x that I bought from Scott. Absolutely great scope for the money. Its a very well built scope and if you have to use it, their customer service is 2nd to NONE!
In my short shooting experience, I've had a SS10x, 3rd and 4th Generation WOTAC, a couple of Tasco's and the two Vortex's. Now, I only own the two Vortex's and I've contacted Scott to save me one of the new Viper PST's coming out.

I ordered off the Vortex site. Compare prices. I saved a few bucks. They drop ship from their nearest stocking distributor. Got a nice follow up E mail from Vortex. E mailed tracking data from the distributor and had it in three days. I have also had great sevice from SWFA.

I have ordered for SWFA for years and never had a problem. I just ordered one of the variable Super Sniper package deals and wanted med mounts insted of the low, I requested the change after I placed the order and had an email minutes later telling me the change was made. Received the order, which had other items, promtly with a couple of small items back ordered but several free lens cleaning cloths. No problems here.

I think letting SWFA know in advance who you are and what forum you belong to goes a long way too. The only time I delt with them was when I was looking at trading and of course the outcome did not swing in my favor but thats trading for ya. Part of owning a business is to make money not lose it so I do understand SWFA's point of view and cannot hold that against them. As far as Im concerned they are top notch folks but would prefer to do business with Scott for no other reason that I feel I connect with Scott better and that he has always taken care of my needs. Liberty Optics will always be my first choice.

When I have ordered from Liberty Optics, Scott seems to talk to you like a friend that is helping you make your own decision. I personally like the guy after only spoken to him a couple of times. Again, nothing against SWFA, I just would prefer to deal with Scott and Liberty Optics.
Back to the topic, if you really want to avoid talking to a sales guy, contact Vortex directly. They are great people and will answer any question you can come up with. If the person you get first doesn't know, they will work quickly to get someone on the phone that does. I work in I.T. and I can't tell you enough what a welcome sight it was to actually get directly to a knowledgeable person when you call a company. I have worked with vendors in my field where I have to explain on a daily basis how Windows works or how to do the very job we pay them hundreds of thousands of dollars to do. The guys at Vortex KNOW optics, they KNOW engineering, they KNOW their product. There aren't many optics companies where you have access to that knowledge and even fewer that most of us can afford. You really can't go wrong with any vendor, Vortex will make it right if there is a wrong.

I would take any of those vendors any day over Action Concepts. That dillweed was happy to take take my money for a new NF and make it appear that he had them in stock. It took 2 months and a call to Ken @ NF to get it straightened out. I've had no problems with SWFA but I do think Scott is the man for tactical optics.

I have always dealt with SWFA. I find the website is very easy to use. In addition, I have had very favorable experiences trading firearms for optics with them.
I am sure Liberty Optics is outstanding too, and you couldn't go wrong with either.
