Rifle Scopes Vortex

I just bought a vortex 6.5-20x50 it is BDC not mil dot, Did I just FUBAR big time or can I make this work on my AR 308 , Want it for hunting and Target shooting out to 600 - 800 yd range. I should still be able to use elevation knobs to range it right?

Yes it should still work. You just won't be able to mil targets. I have the same scope but with mill dots and really am impressed with quality for the price.

It should still work fine as long as the BDC is for a 308. Excellent scope for the money.

Get the bdc info from the manufacturer for the exact
Load and see if you can replicate it.
