I have found with the 1911 and m&p9 pistol barrels, they mention they are threaded for a suppressor without an o-ring. I think that the ti-rant does have one. Is that correct? Does it matter for the barrel?

The barrels that I am looking at are:

1911 - http://www.midwayusa.com/product/14...d-muzzle-with-thread-protector?cm_vc=wishList

m&p 9mm - http://www.midwayusa.com/product/18...d-muzzle-with-thread-protector?cm_vc=wishList

I have a ti-rant 45 on order and need to get a barrel for a M&P 9 Pro in 9mm and a drop in barrel for a 1911 if thats possible.

That's the impression I got from it. It should work fine with barrels that are not made for an O-ring and the pistons for metric threaded barrels designed for an O-ring use two rings.
