I have a osprey 9mm and a sparrow pending. I should be getting close to recieving my stamps. I'll PM you if I'm ever going to be in the area if you want to check them out. I know with the osprey you need the xl piston for clearance if you want to use them on the 92fs.

I've had suppressors in WA for years. I actually won my first one in a raffle at the WSI range in Bellevue over ten years ago.
Now I'm working on getting my third. This particular one is going through a Form 3 AND Form 4 transfer, so it will be a while.

pretty sure you you can order it but it must go through a SOT/class3 dealer...and the manufacturer will need a copy of his/her license

The easiest method is to walk into a store that sells them and buy one. They will walk you through the necessary steps.
If you want one that is found online and not available locally, you need to have it transferred to a SOT/class3 dealer, which are generally the same stores that carry suppressors in the first place. Alternatively you can find one that works out of his home and will have substantially smaller transfer fee. They too will help you with the paperwork and necessary steps.
Important note: In Washington State, ordering online from out of state will NOT save you from paying sales tax. The SOT is required to collect a use tax equal to the sales tax rate.
I have found Discount Gun Sales to be fairly priced and have a decent selection of suppressors.

For buying in Wa State I would contact Chip at Cascade Arsenal. He has the best prices and customer service.

I just met him at the Puyallup WAC show last weekend. He seems like a nice guy. Good wares too.

Artic send me a PM with your email I have all the forms to fill out a trust already filled in with example info so all you need to do is add your specific info.
Wades (Bellevue), West Coast Armory (Issaquah and Bellevue/Factoria) and Rainer Arms (Kent) are all stocking dealers of just about anything you are wanting between the three of them. While they cant fill it out for you all have Sample trusts for you to use (thats where I got mine from) and these are trusts that have actually been approved. I also have the current edition of MS Willmaker with the trust if you want to borrow it.
Otherwise if you prefer you can have a lawyer do it for you but its gonna cost you.
Kitsap CLEO may be more permissive and sign off on it but KCS has to my knowledge never sighned off on one. If you have CLEO sign off you dont need a trust.
Two other routes are to buy them under a CO or LLC if you have either of those.

Having a company own the can means you have to maintain the business forever (or at least as long as you want to have the can). This means paying fees, taxes, and meeting all paperwork filing requirements every year or every quarterly.
The trust is so much easier.
