They're more a strong dark meat than chicken flavoured.

Custom Sako 75 in 6.5x47 with 3-12x PMII, McMillan EDGE Sako Hunter stock, 20" 1:8" ultramatch, Roedale suppressor etc


Custom AR in .223 with 14.5" 1:7", TA31RCO ACOG, Waitaki Engineering suppressor, Troy Vtac Alpha tube, ACE entry length fixed stock, Timney trigger, etc

Also there's a Kimber Pro-Varmint .22-250 in one of the shots I think.


My friend and I were using my rifles as his .260 is in the shop.

Whats the average weight on a wallaby? Do you just take the Backstraps and Hind Quarters?

Probably ~10kg. Yup hindquarters and backstraps - there's not much else on them. The hindquarters are very muscular.
