Looks like a picture that the back seater took towards the front. You can just make out the helmet of the front seat pilot.

Can you imagine what 6 of those aircraft RIGHT there in 1941 could have done....would have been a turkey shoot.

Maybe not: think about how many ATA missiles they can mount and how much cannon ammo they typically carry, and then consider the number of Japanese planes. They'd have probably had to fly back to the future for more rocks to chuck. The better bet would have been to find the carriers and be a leg up pre-Midway.
