Movie Theater WandaVision Theory

I have not watched all the Avengers stuff, I haven't been a big superhero fan from any of the universes. I never had comics as a kid, I was the weird kid that read the entire Funk & Wagnall's encyclopedia. It would take me 1/2 an hour to look up a word in the dictionary because I kept reading all the other interesting definitions along the way.

That being said... I think "WandaVision" is really well done. I like the concept and the execution. I have to admit, I had absolutely no concept of who these characters were. I had to look them up on the internet to get the background story.

I have only seen the first Avengers movie once, and a couple of the Thor movies. Now, I think I will go back and watch "Endgame" and "Ultron". Are there others that I will need to watch to get the whole context?
Infinity War before End Game. IMO Infinity War is probably the best movie marvel has made.

Haha I'm not the only one who did that?

When I was a kid, I had a really nice illustrated kids dictionary which had a fully labelled cross-section of the HMS Victory in it, among other diagrams. I'd often get distracted by them when I was supposed to be looking stuff up.

Thought Wanda Vision and TFAWS were both fantastic series. Will be exciting to see Scarlet Witch in the Dr. Strange Multiverse of Madness. Zemo in TFAWS was one of the best parts behind Sebastian Stan's acting as Bucky and finally being able to shed his Winter Soldier past. Was the finale great, meh I think episodes 2-5 were the strong ones in TFAWS the finale fell a little flat. Will be nice to see them in future projects though. Not sure what to do now until 11June when Loki is released.

I'm still collecting falcon/winter soldier to binge, is it over?

Like Wanda, the first episode turned me off. (superhero Lending Tree fail.......)

I hope, like Wanda, it redeems itself on the final watch.

TFAWS is over all 6 episodes are available.
Thanks for posting, if it wasn't for lowlight starting this thread I would have missed out completely on Wanda and re-watching all 23 movies in chronological order.

That is interesting that the article doesn't lump TFAWS and Loki in with phase 4 but it does with WandaVision. I know the WandaVision end scene sets up Dr. Strange and the Multiverse of Madness and TFAWS essentially sets up future Captain America seasons. I wonder if they plan on leaving Cap and Bucky in the TV series and just have supporting roles in future movies? With how transparent the MCU is with their upcoming releases I can't really see an upcoming movie where those two fit in. Maybe Dr. Strange, Spiderman, Ant-Man, and Captain Marvel 2? The other movies are different from the main Avengers we know today. With Loki, I can't see a Thor movie without Loki in it. I have a feeling that the end of the Loki series will bring another Loki back to join Thor in Love and Thunder. Definitely some cool future movies coming.

Anyone else have their thoughts/predictions on the future of Cap and Bucky and the MCU as a whole? @lowlight
