Wandering Focus after shot...recoil..

Has anyone ever had this situation..

Focus optic...fire shot....focus is now Blurred ....refocus.....fire shot.....focus has drifted ( Blurred ) again..

Yeah....that's my guess as well..but just thought I would ask..
