I can see it turning a glock 18 into a viable alternative.

I wouldnt use one in place of an SBR, but it is lots of fun to shoot, especially with a full auto glock.

$500 + $200 NFA tax is close enough for an "arm and a leg". Rather just get a 9mm upper for my AR.
I just have a hard time wrapping my head around SBR'ing a pistol.

If I had an SOT and a G18 this would be the route to go, or some form of a carbine version so the thing was controllable.
EDIT: For the hassle involved with that though, an MP5SD would be a better solution.

they are copying off Magpuls design.
Magpul at least had the balls to use an 18.... and it all folded up into a nice box.
