6.5 prc or 7saum Barrel actions - T.I. Action & proof barrel only.

Carbon fiber stock prefer manners - open to any lightweight manners with mini chassis for 700 blueprint

open to individual parts - proof, manners, T.I. actions or lightweight steel hunter-style actions only.

High-quality r700 Trigger (Non Jewel, however) Timney, Triggertech, etc.

I am looking to build, but I have access to the smith work, so looking for parts only. 20" doesn't get me there. Thank you though.
