Optics Wanted- Rifle scope

Looking for a Tactical style scope, Magnification up to 32x, nothing less than 24x. With or without zero stop. MOA reticle, SFP is ok too. No Chinese junk, Japanese or Euro glass and internals.
Budget: 1K-1.5K.
