Warhorse Comanche with HRD dovetail adapter.

I kind of figured it would help keep a hand free for moving the rifle around. I might wait for the off season to grab one as the gear budget is pretty tight for the remainder of the year. But it is definitely intriguing.

I would go against this. You don't want it attached to you rifle cause you're stuck in settling into the position that bag sits into. Took those tips from my buddy Phil Velayo @gunwerks https://www.instagram.com/velayo_0317 give him a follow.. drops knowledge bombs

You don't want those legs or whatever you call them get tangled up or overlap as you set your rifle on the prop.

Look at the way Dave Preston goes about it using a Solo Sack. Thats how I try to go about it with my wax canvas game changer..

Good to know. Thanks for the info. May have saved me $200

I would also go against this and opt for doing it the Dave Preston way. I’ve used an RRS fortune cookie with the dovetail clamp for one stage and it was really useful, but I’m not sure that I would want it outside of specific situations.

As I understand the dovetail clamp comes off of the bag via a QD socket mount, so you wouldn’t be stuck with attaching it to your rifle all the time. I should have mine Friday and will report back.
