I wasn't sure if this is the proper area to post this, but I ran across this article and it struck me as something our own Precision Rifle industry may have to contend with. At any rate, I thought it was an interesting read with some potential parallels...and seemed to fit some of the discussions within the EDS podcasts of the past.
