The agents are fucking criminals. “Following orders” is not a legitimate legal defense. If you steal and murder following orders you are no less guilty. They ought to nail the agents, the fuck who ordered this, and the judge to the wall...to the fucking wall.
That's the excuse they used at Nuremburg and also the last words of the commandant of Andersonville Prison before they hung him. It's the goto excuse for sycophants and henchmen, thinking we'll just forgive decades of transgressions because they pawn responsibility on someone else.
None of this will end until they get treated like criminals. Right now, they get to say who is and who isn't a criminal. This whistleblower shit... I bet when they wrote it, it'd be used to out people in the agencies, to benefit them of course, not to out the greedbags at the top with tentacles so deep in the government they've undermined any democratic values or confidence we had left.
Today, whistleblowers are traitors. Not traitors to the people, no, traitors to the every growing totalitarian oligarchy that rules this country. Clinton, whether unemployed, first lady or president seems to have all the same powers one way as another. And too much of it altogether. What kind of shit is Obama gonna get into? How much will he be for sale? How much will he cost us? He's still young.
***Ed Snowden fucked 'em so hard he had to leave the country to do it, and can never come back. Not unless there's a change in management. Then they say this shit like "what he did makes soldiers unsafe and they will be killed in theatre and all that blood is on his hands". No it's not. He only exposed grievous corruption and scandals at the highest levels. Crimes. Mass surveillance of all Americans. Had the crimes been committed by anyone else, there'd have been a media trial and a huge treason trial the likes we've never seen. He even tried his best to NOT name names or out agents. And what about the blood belonging to the people in the info he released? Nobody wants to even talk about that. He singularly showed just how "great" our country is and how it's all built on lies. He did more than expose their corruption. He exposed the entire thing as false, like pulling back the curtain on the emperor with no clothes. And he has to live in exile in Russia of all places.
***Then there's Julian Assange. He's not even American, but he outed American crimes and outed our own government sort of like Snowden did, to us. He did us a favor. But he became an enemy of this government and now he has to live in exile. He's Australian, not American. He didn't commit any crimes against us, but sure as shit they wanna charge him with some!
They've jailed journalists for not outing their sources, they've jailed whistleblowers and ruined their lives, now this. It's obvious they want you to do what it's told and to not ask questions. They want you to be fearful of them. Fearful of our government. That's one way you know it's no longer ours. They know they've lost respect, so now they demand it through fear. Isn't that how it works?
It's not a government of the people, by the people, for the people, it's a government of the ruling class, by the ruling class, for the ruling class, and it shows. Oh, how it shows.
