Twice today there was a test of the "National Emergency broadcast system",....National, not local, or Alabama, but National. I have not heard that since the Cuban missile days. Checked with others across the country via Ham radio and they are saying they heard "National" it as well.

You would think it would be through your cell phone as well. I cant believe that they wouldn't have a tie in to the cell towers to broadcast an EBS alert
