Did they do that? most assuredly no.
Target coordinates are pre-loaded in the airplane along with the route in and out, bomb release points, etc...
Could those pilots re-program, sure. Lets say they are en-route to a fixed, pre-planned target and they are then needed to be re-directed for some CAS of in contact ground troops, sure they can re-program to a coordinate given to them. But IMO they wouldnt have just randomly brought along coordinates of some empty warehouse in the middle of no-where... nor would they simply pickle off some bombs with no guidance and magically hit something of little to no value outside of barren desert. The chances of them doing all that IMO are between none and slim and slim aint been seen in a while around these parts.
And IF, IF, they did "miss on purpose" they would all be court martial'd and thrown in Leavenworth with who is in our current leadership...IMO...
