None of that would have mattered to Brandon or Kamala. ESPECIALLY from 2021 through the end of 2022 when their party had complete control over all three branches of government. The reason is this: suits require less evidence.
It like if I say you touched so and sos butthole, and you deny it, but then I ask one of my other friends to back me up as a “witness” that’s all it takes to win a lawsuit.

Criminal cases must be guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
Civil case guilty by the preponderance of evidence.
Statute of limitations can play a part but for federal case of rape there is no SOL. NY state law is 20 years I think. Civil can cases go away with a big check.
