weird, what i saw was a very slick officer posturing so that ,to the harassees, he comes across like its a friendly feel good shoot the shit session while ,the whole time, appearing to passers by, to be some kind of police badass dealing with these hooligans that dared do something so wrong. it would have been way cooler if hip popo man had simply not went out there.
