I have a new Saint 5.56 pistol with 7.5" barrel. I want a light mounted on the fore end but it is really short (I have pretty large hands and long fingers). What model should I look for that will give me bright light and not take up too much space on the fore end or too much $$ from my wallet?

I have an 8" 300 blk with 7" handguard. I run a Streamlight Protac HL-X with no issue using the tape switch. it's on the right side on a 45* offset mount so it's at like 1-2 oclock. I love it. I ran an inforce for awhile, i prefer the offset with tape switch. Just easier for me to use. The light itself is pretty big in relation to the gun/handguard but I haven't run into any issues with it yet.

They are about $110-125 most places and the offset mount was $30 I think. Tape switch is included with the light.
