Rifle Scopes Weaver 3-10 SFP mil/mil

Re: Weaver 3-10 SFP mil/mil

I just called up Weaver/ATK and the rep said this model had approx 16 mils total elevation. Not to bad at all for a 1" scope.

Just guessing but your 308 will be around 10 mils at 1000Y.With a 20 moa base you have plenty of offset.

I'm glad Bushnell and Weaver has been listening! Finally some inexpensive mil/mil scopes.

Lowlight are you putting the 10X 3200 through the Tanerite test ?

I'm happy to see some decent mil/mil optics out there for under $300 coming on to the market. There's this Weaver, and Bushnell is releasing it's 10x40 in mil/mil as well. Good stuff

i was just looking at the pic again on midway and (unless i missed it) realized that there is no parallax adjustment. i've heard some people say this is a necessity while others, especially those that own the bushnell 3200 10x, claim that it's not that big of a deal. how important is this for such a scope?

I don't here the SS 3-9 owners complain to much but I sure like side focus myself.I think for $300 here in this economy for a decent scope it's a deal. The big question is whether it tracks well.

Hopefully!
