Rifle Scopes Weaver GST question?

I just got done zeroing my new GST and had a quick question to ask for those that would know. I attempted to find my answer else where, but am so far shit outta luck. Are the turrets on the GST resettable for zero? I have heard that they are, but my instructions do not mention it and the allen key on the top of the turret does not do much.

Pretty sure the doohickey on top unscrews and then you fully remove the turret+stick it back on where the zero lines up.

The allen screw only turns about a quarter turn and then the turrets won't do anything! Never had a problem like this before, any idea's?

Problem solved, both o-rings under the turret caps were stuck. I had to break both o-rings to free the caps, not real happy!
