What should I get A HK p30L or a weaver tactical 3-15x ffp?

This will be my first good quality optic.

But the HK looks so tempting.

I already have a p226, beretta 92fs, and glock 17.

You need a good scope more than another pistol.

However, I'd wait until the Super Sniper 5-20 Group Buy details are released and look at getting one of those over the Weaver.

You already have several handguns. You don't have any decent glass.

Seems like a no brainer to me...
