Weight of lmt mlok with lw barrel?

Does anyone know the weight of the lmt mws defender mlok with a 16 in lw barrel? Thinking of buying one before the election season drives up prices to crazy levels, but the main complaint seems to be the weight it comes to l mt mws rifles. I know the mlok part and the lw barrel part save weight, but I am curious to see what the final numbers are. I am guessing somewhere in the high 8 pound range? Thanks

Hmmm...seems they are not showing the Battle Rifle on site atm possibly out of stock or??? Saw it ghosted out as of out of stock yesterday but I still saw the raised from $2699 was now $2799 unless I’m misremembering from buying mine last year. Here’s the 2019 catalog...

Thanks. Based on the lmt spec sheet you just posted, the version I would put together is around 8.8 lbs. That is not too bad, but my colt cm762 is around 8.4 lbs. Then again, the lmt would be very easy to change barrels and calibers - which is where I assume the extra weight comes from.

You may be right, I don’t know enough about all manufacturer’s variations (so many). I knew the LMT has a VERY solid rep and “standing” generally. And interchangeable was a consideration also and KAC was quite a bit more $. Looks like you figured the charting out right. NOTE: The Defender looks like it comes with a M4 stock, not a SOPMOD adjustable rifle stock type, something similar to (though not exactly like) the one on their CONFINED SPACE WEAPON with integral silencer. Not as much if any shoulder pad it appears. And the chart I gave does not show that one. But you pay less for that rifle. Just so you know read closely to see what might make it different. Thanks for the info. I am asking on here bc I know a lot of people have experience with lmt mws rifles. I did email lmt this same question a few days ago, but no answer. They may not have even weighed that combo, or maybe it is just not important enough with all the things they have going on, ha ha.
