Consider what will happen if/when the police can't/won't show up.
So this is apparently not Somalia or Yemen, but a USA city where roving mobs of skinnies are rampaging around looking for people to beat up as a mob?
The police are busy doing a running chase to keep victims from getting killed / seriously harmed.
I'm assuming of course this happened in a non free state.
It however might be a good example of why you need a high capacity 9mm or a whole lot of mags for your daily carry.
Seems you might have to play getting out of Mogadishu for real these days, and it may take dropping quite a lot of them before the rest of the mob of savages gets the point.

The police are not there to protect you. you need to protect you. If you dont then you get the darwin treatment.
One cannot protect themselves or even a small group from roving blood thirsty mobs that outnumber you.
There isn't all that much difference between the police showing up and not doing anything, and the police showing up at all.

The squatters in the halls of OUR government don't want what you've described otherwise it would be so.
Actually the police are often worse than useless when it comes to protecting yourself from a mob.
In the first video they were trying pretty hard so bonus points to them.
However the reason these gangs get away with it is BECAUSE the police and the courts PROTECT the evil doers from the consequence of their actions.
Many of us drive around with enough gear and supplies to make an entire mob decide it's best to pick a new target... but if you decide you have to use it, next thing you know it will be the police and courts destroying your life because you hurt/killed the "poor victims who were just venting their rage on the white man".
Police and courts all go home for a bit... the good folks left can still clean up the mess...
But the government doesn't want to get it cleaned up, they want more stupid sheeple scared into handing over more rights & putting up with more government intrusion, so they can have a false promise of safety (till the next time they need to give over more rights).

This is absolutely true, but this occurred in Baltimore which is like most other large metro areas, contained within a commie state where there is zero chance a non-elite class citizen can get a concealed carry. Like you, I believe the 2A is my concealed carry permit, but I also do my best to avoid getting arrested so I'm a law abiding citizen. All that means is I avoid the bulk of either coast now outside of when work takes me there (can't carry on the job either), and I otherwise wait for the demise of the country or the elimination of these unconstitutional laws, which ever may come first.
And for those who don't know, that happened in the nice part of Baltimore which is the prime tourist and business district. Took my kids and grand kids there a few years ago, a knife in the pocket (even with me knowing how to use it very well) walking the streets just doesn't have the same warm fuzzy as a Glock on my side and an AR under the back seat. There's firm reason behind why I left Virginia and moved back to the west where I never should have left in the first place. Fucking ex...
You do not have to protect you from the entire mob. If you place six to ten shots into the mob they will stop attacking. With most mobs when the alphas drop they run away.
From the balcony of my room in a nice, expensive, Downtown Hotel in Salt Lake City, I watched a Homeless Bum Hobo take a shit across the street between 2 bushes and he didn't even wipe his ass. A Drop and Walk. A Police car drove by as it was taking place and kept on going. I don't blame the Police Officer as he was by himself and these "Shittings" were happening where ever you looked. In fact, I feel sorry for those LEOs out there.
Later, the same day, Mrs. FM and I watched a female, I think, drop a bomb in a trash can along the street. No wipe, just stop, drop,hike a leg and move on. Cop was across the street and could do nothing. Why be a cop in Salt Lake City? when you can do nothing to stop shit like this?
Almost all of the Bums I saw there had FREE Obama Phones, better than what I have got, that I pay for, and were just waiting for the next FREE ride handout from the Church, Shelter or whatever.
Our Govt. needs to open BIG HUGE Mental Health encampments, bring your tents and tarps, with Labor Pools and training and move ALL of these Homeless Assholes into them where there are Latrines and showers that they have to WORK to use or be put in the Big Hospital called The Looney Bin. Stop them from making Public Health Problems, shitting in the streets and alley ways.
Help those that just need a little boost to get back on their feet, --but, if they are just lazy and Nutz, into the institution they go.
Call them Basic Training, CCC Camps or whatever, but kick them in their LAZY ASSES and Nothing is free. Work for what you get.
My sister in law has 2 kids in this situation. A daughter who is 43 years old and doesn't even have 40 quarters for Social Security. Always riding the Tit, and a son who is in PRISON and will never come out, yet she was quick to say to me that I was,"Too rough on your children."

Happened Memorial Day weekend. Assuming school was out and it simply was a nice day to go out for some semi organized assulting.
Even better would be if a van enters the 'hood in the middle of the night, and pulls right up to the address where one of the rioters lived. Men with ski masks and guns exit the van, and kick down a door to a certain apartment. Moments later, the offending teenage hoodrat is dragged from his bed, gagged and taken away.
The next day, the burned and shattered corpse of the hoodrat is found hanging from a bridge downtown. And then on the following night, more similar incidents occur. Criminals being abducted out of their homes by certain unidentified and armed masked men, driven to various places downtown, executed and then dumped there for everybody to see.
How much do you want to bet that after just a few incidents like this, the bullshit will stop immediately?
