Supposedly.... rotisserie chicken. And a hotdog ($1.50).
Do not buy the produce there it rots really fast for some reason. The meat is excellent.

And generally higher end stuff is relatively inexpensive. We found a washing machine for about $230 less than Home Despotism
We like the yellow-bag coffee too
If you find you are regularly buying stuff there, get their Citi credit card (and pay the balance monthly) as the points add up fast and you can more than pay for the membership

Meat and most groceries. We've found the same about the produce. Seems to go bad faster. Then Motor oil.
Besides the local general store the nearest grocery store is over an hour away. So we buy lots from Costco.

Best thing about Costco in our area is they deliver same day for less than the time and gas required for me to go there and shop. I’ll never “go” to Costco again.

Best thing about Costco is that they donate a percentage of every dollar you give them to BLM and Trans Rights groups, so you can feel virtuous while shopping for things you don’t need to impress people you don’t like!
They have a bag of 347 dinner rolls or two giant loaves of bread in the bread aisle. If you are feeding 43 kids its perfect.
Haven't had their frozen lasagna in a while but its awesome. Steaks and prime rib are spendy but very high quality. I bought a tenderloin last year and made Beef Wellington it was perfect.
Never know when you'll need a 10 pound box of Rice Crispy treats, but you will know where to buy one.

Whole bean coffee. They have a really good variety. Even the house brand stuff from there is good. And lamb. Those lamb steaks are awesome.
Cigars, so much cheaper than anywhere else.
As others have mentioned, brisket, pork butts, etc. We are two hours from our nearest Costco, my wife takes a cooler and stocks up.

Costco Vitamin water.
Strawberry lemonade.
Costco 2 % milk.
Eggs.
Jabra hearing aids.
Eyeglasses.
Gas.
Pellet Grill pellets.
Jif Extra chunky peanut butter.
Nalley's Chili.
Almost anything and everything.
From supplies like toilet paper and dish soap, to furniture, appliances, TVs, gun safes, sporting equipment, car batteries and tires, alcohol, meat, charcoal, etc.
If I'm in the market for any decent sized purchase, I always check Costco.com first. I'm eyeing a "mobile workbench" on there right now to turn into a reloading table.

Great for large families. I see the sister-wives once in a while during the week at Costco. Usually 2 or 3 in prairie dresses and kids with a couple of the huge flat carts piled high. Just the right quantities of everything!
Why?
My local Costco must suck, because they have about 3 options for tires and batteries are far more expensive than my local O'Reilly's.
