I have a question. After the citizenry receives the proper doses of vaccine, what is the protocol for living a free and unmasked life?

Had a meeting at work this morning, major Detroit hospital and they kept saying the numbers are skyrocketing. Kind of and kind of not. They have gone up in the last few weeks but the acuity and actual deaths are WAY down. Almost every Rona positive patient in their iso rooms are walky talky, including the elderly, a few are on oxygen but with very little exceptions thats about it. They are slightly sick and a little run down but unless they have serious co-mobities very very few are severe. People get all worked up about the numbers and check their brains at the door without asking how severe the patients really are. Its frustrating honestly.
