The memory is the first thing to go...and when I spent time in the general area of the country I was at Ze'elim, which didn't give me much opportunity to get near Erez.

I'd guess anywhere within 1000 yards of the crossing station (other than south of it...) And you can tell he's IDF, not contract, by the poor fitting uniform and beat-all-to-shit equipment (the M4 hanging by a cheap sling is the kicker).
