Wetherby Vanguard Series 2 Actions.

Ok guys enlighten me on the Wetherby Vanguard Series 2 actions. I am currently prepping for another rifle build, which will be a 7mm Rem Mag fitted with a #6 1-9 Lija Barrel(On Order) which I plan to use for hunting and ELR. Well I've decided on two actions either the Wetherby or ole faithful Remington 700, which I have two already (260&243). I know what it takes to true a Remington but what does it take to true a Wetherby? I can get a Wetherby for a couple dollars less than a Remington 700 ADL. But would love to hear the opinions from people out there, I have gathered quite a bit of info on wetherby, but still slightly hesitant to bite at it. I will not be putting this rifle in a chassis, will go with a Manners stock for this rifle, just want a good hunting rig, and something to poke at the longer ranges with. In for info, I have a howa sitting here that I would like to build off of. I imagine it's the same process as truing a winchester with the flat bottom.

I have a friend with a 7x300 built of the vangaurd, which is the same thing great shooter, just curious as to other people inputs, we tend to be bias once we find something we like.
