very nice. my dad has 6,000,00sqft place there. it was not cheap so i don't want to imagine what cole spent. i don't mean to sound like a douchebag and i don't question his motives. but that area can be boom or bust and moving something like that is not easy. with the right appraisal guy it was probably break even or not lose as much maintaining it as a write off. either way it's a great thing
