The Fort Belknap Indian Community is in north-central Montana. It makes up more than half of Blaine County, which has yet to report any confirmed cases of COVID-19. The National Guard is helping out and will deliver samples to the state lab in Helena each day. The test site has 1,000 tests and more on standby if needed.

I'm starting to have my doubts about what all this "Testing" is all about. Why the big push to go to one of the states with the fewest cases and then ramp up to test where there are ZERO cases? More Government actions that make no sense.
