Gunsmithing What bbl contour for a Rem Ti stock??

I want to rebbl my rifle that has a Rem Ti SA stock.
What bbl contour in a Bartlein bbl to get it to balance well.
Want to cut it to 22-24"
Is the #3 too heavy to balance.

What caliber? I have a .280 Remington built with a #2 contour custom barrel at 22 inches in a McMillan lighweight stock. It balances perfect and is a joy to carry on walking deer hunts or in the mountains.

Rifle is now a 6.5x284 on a short action.
I want to re-bbl to 243 or 260 with a 22-24" bbl.
I know the channel can be opened up, just want it to balance.
