What buffer and spring for 300BLK and subs

I'm am building a pistol upper in 300BLK with an 8.5" barrel. This will be shot 100% suppressed with a TBAC 30p-1. Which buffer and spring works best with subsonic ammo? It will also be used for hog hunting with probably the 150 Hornady SST bullets.

I run a 10" Noveske with a TBAC 30P-1 and the H2 Buffer with a CS Spring work well for me.
