Recently bought a XLR AR butt stock to switch from a Luth-AR (rifle buffer and spring in A2 tube) for my precision AR. It's 20" with rifle length gas system spitting out 77gr pills typically suppressed.

The XLR stock requires a carbine length buffer... I am a little lost on the H1, H2, H3 buffers and springs.

Recommendations?

Your rifle length buffer system probably used a 5.4oz rifle buffer.

If you were happy with that setup, I'd use the same weight ( H3 carbine length buffer ) ... as for recoil springs, I love the Tubbs flatwires... and use them in everything.
