what buffer weight for 16in 300BLK

i have a 16in spikes upper chambered in 300aac blackout and i am finishing the lower up and need to order a UBR stock- will a regular carbine spring and normal carbine buffer work? or will i need some other weight buffer? i will be shooting all the different loads out of this upper. thanks-J

I am using a Spikes ST-T1 buffer. Weighs in at 85g/3oz. Noveske uses a "H" buffer.
