Extracted this from a MPR in 6.5PRC, bolt wasn’t noticeably hard to operate… I am really scratching my head with it.

is it ed related ? does the fix come in a discreet package ? abstract art of some sort ? an example of the forth stage of Peyronie's Disease?

That is the universal call sign for ... " Hey ! , Anneal your Brass" .
Your Brass has been Fired to many time and is hard . Pressure moved down the Neck over Shoulder and dented it, and you should have Annealed it a couple firings ago.
.

Double-check the shoulder measurement on the brass compared to your chamber (or virgin brass). I've seen excessive headspace cause that kind of denting/warping on brass.

This is typically a low pressure indication as noted above. You didn't say what powder/bullet so being compressed may or may not indicate the load is sufficient to seal the chamber. Excessive headspace and/or insufficient neck tension can also be a factor. The root cause is low pressure not expanding the neck to seal the chamber.

The brass was annealed after every firing with an induction annealer, load was 67.0Gr of US 869 pushing a 140gr Nosler RDF, Lapua brass.
