Rifle Scopes What else is out there?

I have an old remington 513T US gov marked that I love shooting but lately have been itching to find out what it can do out past 200 yards. I wanted to get a scope for it and happened to see the Hi-Lux Malcolm 8X USMC Sniper Scope that the Creedmoor store has in stock.
The 513T is set up for this type of scope the question I had was is there anything else out there in this particular market. I want to keep the rifle looking period correct and dropping my leupold on there will just look silly and not have the correct elevation I need. By the way the 513T with original sights has enough elevation to get to 200 easy but i can't separate the bull from the paper much past that.

I have a Ken Vianni Scope mount for my 513T that I use with a bushnell scope. I have taken out to 350 yards on silhouettes. It mounts to the original receiver without drilling new holes. I sometimes use the mount with the redfield sights. Which allows me to shoot beyond 300 yds this way as well. Would like to try 500 yds but just have not found the time and place to shoot it without having to drive 8 hours to where we have land. The mount gives me and extra 24.5 MOA of use with the iron sights.
