Put it this way will one supersonic grain work better than others as far a rifle operation with a suppressor
I think they would all sound the same

If I was doing a lot of mag dumps, I would probably go with the 62gr steel core penetrators. A somewhat popular belief that is through heavy suppressed fire, the lead inside of of the bullets out there will melt causing the bullet to be unstable coming out of the barrel. Having said that, I have gone through about 5 full auto mag dumps through my Ops Inc 16th in less then a minute and not a single baffle strike. I have done this a couple of times and it was all done with 55gr XM193.

zev- I haven't seen a difference in anything other than the regular expectations I have for shooting M193 as opposed to 75gr BTHP's. The M193 is blaster grade ammo, nothing more.

Bar: People actually push the idea that a suppressor is going to cause the lead to melt under high fire rates as opposed to an unsuppressed, but otherwise identical condition? Sounds pretty hokey to me.
