because im a dumb ass i posted this on the firearms forum first...

From just clicking and searching the interweb over the past few years, it seems that either they fell out of favor or something went wrong.

I know Jared is still running it, and the last one i shot was as accurate as could be.

almost seems that they got into hunting rigs as much as tac rigs

JJ and the original APA crew built me quite a few beautiful and accurate bolt guns over the years. AP can still provide that if you like but it just seems to me that he has put his focus on hunting rifles (Jared is a die-hard hunter) and on parts. His parts and scope rings are some of the best gear on the market. PRS shooters are, by and large, a fickle lot. Not that long ago you saw bunches of rifles from APA, SAC and Spartan Precision to name just a few. For now, at least, the logos have changed to those who cared to market themselves mostly to the PRS game. Just like USPSA, what goes around comes around so don't count any of the "OGs" out.

thanks, i figured he might have gone the hunting route.
over the years he seemed to add a hunting rifle every 2-3 years to his "products".
good to know he is still in the mix, and nothing wend south for him
