What happened to SEPRCA site?

I keep trying to get to the SEPRCA site and it keeps redirecting me to KM shooting.

I believe that SEPRCA was dissolved and merged with PRS to become the PRS Club Series.

Correct. SEPRCA is now part of the PRS Club Series.
