If I'm not mistaken, he was back not too long ago with a different user name. I think his ordeal was over and he stomped many ballsacks.

First-off,,,, I had no idea this was a thread. (obviously, I wasn't here to see it) I gotta say though, "Thanks" and "I'm surprised..."
For the record, I'll state that there was no 'poking of bears'.... nor was there any 'kicking of koala's'. The only thing stated was that because of their predatory infringement-casting antics, that I'd cancelled my membership.
Never once did I say anything about the 'Hide, nor anything about 'supporting the 'Hide'. Matter of fact, for years I've been one who has been asking for/waiting for an actual 2A SUPPORTING payment method. I had hopes years ago, when McMillan started down that path. Alas....
As for Eddieo,,,, there are a few things I can say/share. (more of a repeat of what I'd stated prior, but some may have missed it)
They WON. Almost each and every single charge and such,,,,,,, sorta. (Irish court system seems to be fuckered compared to ours here in the Western Hemisphere) In order for progress to be made, they had to resort to 'Mediation' and there apparently was separate procedures and requirements and such. It too took a long time, and that made nerves shorter yet.
As I understand it though, (and now that Eddieo is in a new job/trade/direction....) they got their stuff back, they got their Rights back, they got their costs covered,,,, and anything else I can't say for sure. I hardly hear from him anymore now too, because of his work schedule being so different and whatnot.
Who else lost their jobs, were charged, and/or penalized and such, I don't know yet.
When I hear back from him, I'll share with ya'll the latest.
