Trump would nominate Ted Nugent just to watch heads explode.
trump is still president until 1/20/21 @12:00pm...he would be well within his rights to nominate a new justice....if he loses the election, he should nominate himself, then wait until 1/21 to confirm him in...
It's a distinct possibility, just based on age alone, Trump could nominate 3 more justices next term. Alito hates DC, Breyer and Thomas are not in the best of health. But Breyer is 82, so he's likely 1st of those 3. Regardless, if Trump is POTUS, and Senate is still Republican, he's GOT to go for another hard-core Originalist. I don't trust Kavanaugh nor Gorsich to stick to the founders meaning. Then, you talk about heads spinning around like the Exorcist....whoever it is will be under fire like not even Bork could imagine (if he were alive).

If they don't make an amendment to limit the seats on the SCOTUS the communists will just add to the court next time they regain full power. We usually don't look that far ahead though
