Well considering we are a constitutional republic I hope they are anti democratic. Democracy is opposed to our constitution. So fuck the judiciary,The executive, and the Congress if they support a democracy. It's mob rule at that point. Then I get to do what I want in any lawless situation.
The Communists / Democrats always harp on ... "But Democracy..." when they want to override the rights of others guaranteed in the constitution, but they are the first to demand that we stick to republic principles and a wide ranging view of rights when it's something they want.... just look at that court fiasco of "Gay marriage"....
Local governments that use the second amendment for toilet paper... no problem...
Some clerk that has an issue with issuing gay marriage certificates... lock them up in federal prison right away till they disavow their beliefs...

The court only, and I mean only, need decide if the government is staying inside its constitutional bounds or not and not invent shit like they do under the Commerce Clause. Obama care being a tax when it violates many parts of the constitution and is not a delegated power. Fuck the court, they will be the number one reason Americans will meet on a battle field and kill millions of each other, in the near future. The court is part of Justice in our country and is not to be trusted under any circumstances.
