I am planning on attending to spectate my first long range match next weekend. The match is defined as 500 AGG. What is AGG? Thanks.

Sounds like your match is made up of multiple stages, each with a set number of points. Example: 5 Stages each worth 100 points. Shoot a perfect score in all 5 and you get 500 points. Agg is aggregate. In Benchrest comp some matches are single target relays fired multiple times (lets say 4). They will "Agg" the 4 groups together for a average group size. A recent 600 yd benchrest match had a shooter shoot a 1.495″ Aggregate. Over the course of the day he fired 4 five shot groups and their average was 1.495 inches.
