    Safety on or off?

How high for the drop or how much impact if the safety is off?

With so many extremely light triggers and many movements required, the more popular PRS becomes, the more likely an accident is going to happen.

So, what would be the drope safe standard someone should be looking for?

I personally drop rifle from 1' onto buttpad on concrete, 10x without resetting bolt. Then I'll run the bolt hard and fast 30x. If everything is good, I'll keep an eye on it while I do load work and verify dope. I'll then repeat the drop & cycle test after I've had 50-75rds on it, if it's good at that point I'm not worried about it. I used to like real light single stages, like 16oz down to 4oz(br, so very controlled conditions). I've grown to like 2 stage triggers, they give a nice crisp final break in the 16-18oz range but have 16-18 oz 1st stages as a big margin of error.
