On my IOR scope the rear rubber ring has slipped off. What kind of glue should I use to re attach it ? You know the rubber ring that I guess is suppose to protect my eye brow under recoil .

Trigger has it right if you want it to really stay on there.

One thing to consider though, those type of adhesives will only work once, after that the rubber will be stuck to the scope if it rips off.

If you want to have something that will hold it on there, but won't destroy the rubber itself, try some RTV. If it takes a hard rub against something it may peal off, but you will be able to clean off the old RTV and use the rubber again.

Did I say "hard rub"......doh!

But make sure you only get the blue kind, it has a lot of flexibility under different temperatures and you'll be able to remove it with out a trace if you ever decide to do so.
