Rifle Scopes what makers use the tmr reticle

i have one on my 300 win mag 8.5x25x50

But I am looking to outfitt my 22-250 and want a 4x16 or 6x24 Any other scope makers out there use this reticle.

If memory serves, Leuppy offers the TMR in a 4.5-14x otherwise there are similar reticles i.e. half mil and mil hashes offered by other manufacturers.
