What rifle is this for?

I traded for several guns and cases. This soft rifle case was with the lot. I have no use for it but I don't want to throw it away. What rifle did it fit?

It may be an M1 carbine bag that looks like a middle section was added to lengthen it for a longer rifle. Any markings?
