Reminds me of a DNA Firearms Alpha AR-10, but some of the stylized lightening cuts are different.
Very similar profiling and lightening cuts though, so I wonder if this is a newer or older model from them. Doesn’t really match exactly though.

Wonder if its some local to them company that makes rifles?
I would think Dept. weapons would all have to be from big name companies.
